Dove Cote Lodge Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully

Campsite must be vacated by 11.00AM and arrivals are welcome from 3.00PM.

Check in and departure times must be adhered to and please leave no footprint on departure.

We are allowed a maximum of 5 tents or campervans per booking. Pup tents within a pitch are allowed.

We allow the use of gazebos at no additional charge.

All campers must pitch tents in set pitches and 3 meters away from the boundary.

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Names and ages of all campers must be forwarded to us before the designated holiday.

Names and ages of all day visitors must be forwarded to us before the designated holiday.

No more than 30 people allowed on the campsite at any time.

Ensure mains electrical hook up points to your unit and the unit’s instillation are safe.

No amplified sound/music at any time.

The use of Blue Tooth style speakers is permitted as long as they do not interfere with other campers.

No excessive noise after 10.30pm.

Please have courtesy for us and our neighbours when using the facilities area.

The toilet block may have occasional use from guests of our household and is not included for “exclusive” use if you have booked the entire campsite.

Please behave in a way to reduce impact on your local environment.

We provide recycling bins so please recycle responsibly.

Please keep site and facilities tidy.

Children should be under adult supervision at all times.

Dogs on leads at all times and their faeces to be put in the large black wheelie bin, not in the small bins at the facilities area.

The use of threatening behaviour and foul/abusive language will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to evict the offender at any time.

Generators are not allowed at any time.

Fire pit and BBQ to be attended at all times and kept away from gas canisters and other flammable items, including tents. Please do not use either in windy conditions.

We are not liable for anything stolen/damaged/lost/fire damaged.

We have some wood piles around the site, these are for wildlife and should not be disturbed.

Note the fire points on site.

Any fire apparatus that is used or discharged without due cause will be billed to the booking group.

Cigarettes should be disposed of safely and not dropped on the ground.

A maximum of 5MPH is allowed around the site.

If returning to the campsite after 10PM, please park at the front carpark identified on the site map.

We would encourage all campers to recycle responsibly to reduce carbon footprint.

Any glass or metal items to be recycled when empty to prevent breakages as children and pets are on site.

Do not use any of the following or similar at our site as they pose a danger to others and wildlife: - 

model aircraft, drones, sky lanterns, catapults, air guns, firearms, bows and arrows.

Persons who are subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offenders Act 2003 may not use this campsite.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request a 25%, non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form to secure your booking.

The balancing payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received by 1 month prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to re-advertise the booked pitch(s).

Any cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

 

There is no charge for amendments to names on the booking form, however for fire safety regulations, we must have the correct details prior to arrival.
